Accountant – Post 2 ( Salary Rs 8,000 to Rs 20,000)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Work Experience 2-4 Years
- Should have knowledge of Tally ERP 9 and MS-Office.
- Good Communication & Coordinating Skills.
- More preferably B.com or equivalence.
* There is increment of salary after six months and yearly review.
Job Responsibilities:
Handling of daily sales and purchase entry and submit the report to senior.
Ensure to make regular bank payments.
Publish financial statement on time.
Preparation of final Balance sheet of Profit & loss Account.
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
Ability to assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closing account.
Multi-Tasking Staff – Post 3 ( Salary Rs 6,000 to Rs 12,000)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Good computer knowledge with basic writing skills.
- Certificate of Basic Computer Course (BCC) for six months is required from any recognized Computer institution.
- Matric, 10 + 2 or equivalent on any Specialization, Diploma in any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required.
- Candidates with Intermediate level skills of Internet Surfing

1. Maintain Inventory of shop with proper racking & Bin location.
2. Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom
3. Monitor stock and inventory, and perform quality assurance of merchandise on a regular basis
4. Coordinate with the LeimaTraders team for order status.
5. Manage daily billing register with proper IN/OUT of spares
6. Maintain weekly/monthly sales report
7. Inventory Management – Need to do a perpetual Inventory count of the stockroom.
8. Order Management as per decided Norms of consumption stocks.
